Tuesday in a Los Angeles courtroom, Ryan Seacrest's alleged stalker plead not guilty to felony stalking charges.

Chidi Uzomah was arrested on October 30th when he showed up armed with a knife at the offices of the E! Building asking to see Ryan.

Ryan Seacrest's attorney, Blair Berk requested and was granted at temporary restraining order that same day that Uzomah was arrested. Uzomah is being held on $150,000 bail, and his next court appearance is set for November 16th.

A Los Angeles judge sentenced Kanye West and his road manager, Don Crawley, to 50 hours of community service Friday afternoon as a result of a run-in they had with paparazzi last year.

West was arrested on September 11, 2008 at Los Angeles International Airport for damaging a photographer’s camera and later pled not guilty to charges of vandalism, grand theft and battery which resulted from the incident.

"I'm very pleased that the court granted a dismissal of all the charges," West’s attorney, Blair Berk, told reporters after the judgment was announced.

Berk argued that criminal charges were too severe and that the rapper’s time would be better spent volunteering with the American Red Cross. After his throw-down with the photographer, the Chicago-native willingly attended 12 one-hour sessions of anger management counseling.

Lori Petty's superstar attorney Blair Berk quietly went into a Los Angeles court, and requested and was granted a month-long continuance on her client’s arraignment on misdemeanor DUI charges. The A League of Their Own star-turned-artist is accused of “driving under the influence” when she struck a teenage boy on his skateboard May 31 in Venice Beach, CA.
Her arraignment is now set for July 28.
