The words “Broken Dreams, Broken Promises, Broken Episodes” flashed across a black screen before the second new episode of Jon & Kate Plus 8 on Monday night. One of the first stories “interrupted by the events of this summer” was an episode dubbed “Passports to Nowhere” when the family went to get their passports for an overseas trip that eventually never happened.

After asking the children not to divulge the location of their trip for security reasons, Kate lashed out at Jon after he slips and mentions their destination while berating Kate for writing “Korea” instead of “South Korea.”
“Kate freaks out about everything.” Jon mumbled under his breath. Kate, who was on the floor looking through the children’s photos as they colored around her, quickly retorted: “I don’t know what planet you’re on!”

In retrospect, Kate admitted, “I don’t think I handled that too well.” The trip to the travel agency happened during February as rumors of Jon’s alleged infidelity became public.
According to Kate, the trip never happened because “Jon didn’t want the kids to go which made me very sad because it was a lifelong dream of ours to get our kids back to Korea where their ancestors came from.”

On one of the last episodes of the series, Kate takes the kids to dinner and later watches over them as they head to gymnastics class for the first time. During the second half of the show, the brood spend time with Jon during a visit with a local professional baseball team.

“This was kind of weird and different,” Kate said when looking back at her dinner outing with the children. “It probably is the first time I took all eight kids to dinner. I’m not going to say along but, you know, without Jon.”
Even through she patted herself on the back about how “efficient” she was, she did concede that she and Jon used to “have a process” of passing out the cups, foods, etc.
After brushing off the nostalgia, Kate couldn’t help but add: “I didn’t feel like I was too hindered by it.”

Adult film star Tera Patrick has made her split from husband of seven years Evan Seinfeld official by filing divorce papers on Tuesday in Los Angeles.

Citing “irreconcilable differences” as a reason for the dissolution of their marriage, Patrick also asked the court to terminate any rights to spousal support.
In September, the couple made their separation public and said they will “remain the best of friends and business partners.” The couple started Teravision together and Seinfeld acted as Patrick’s manager.

Shaquille O’Neal’s wife Shaunie filed for legal separation just days after a published report claimed that her husband was having an affair with the fiancée of another NBA star.
Shaq and Shaunie have been separated before and worked things out but now it appears that the Big Diesel’s marriage is out of gas, with Shaunie filing the papers in Los Angeles, even though they have a Florida home.

Not so fast, Jon Gosselin!
Despite the fact that his lawyer Mark Heller said Jon was in “complete compliance” with a court order that required him to return $181,000 he took from the couple’s joint bank account, Kate’s lawyer tells RadarOnline.com that’s not true.
Mark Momjian revealed to RadarOnline.com that Jon has only put back $28,500!

Heller said earlier Friday that Jon had put back the money but that’s not so, says Kate’s lawyer Momjian, who also questions why Heller is speaking for Jon.
Momjian told RadarOnline.com: “Mr. Heller doesn’t represent Jon Gosselin in the divorce action in state of Pennsylvania so it’s a little puzzling to us why he’s making statements on a case he is not counsel of record on.

“He’s withdrawn his application to be admitted specially in Pennsylvania.

The money was supposed to be sent into wife’s counsel escrow account and $28,500 has only been confirmed as of now.

Momjian also said: "My client would be relieved to report that he (Jon) has fully complied...I would be relieved, too!
"But he hasn't as of now."

UPDATE: Momjian also told RadarOnline.com: "We got an email at 1:23 (ET) this afternoon saying that Jon Gosselin purportedly had sent $152,000 to his lawyer in Pennsylvania.
"The money had not come to us yet, per the court order's directive. Jon's lawyers is making a representation that the money is with him; the court order required that the money is to go to us. We're waiting for it."
Jon’s lawyer had said earlier Friday that Jon was in compliance with the court order. But, as Momjian points out Jon is not in compliance and won’t be until the money is in the account.
Momjian told RadarOnline.com that that Jon has until Monday to be in compliance "but he is not in full compliance as of yet."
And that’s the bottom line!
