Planet 51 Premiere Brings Out The Stars

The stars came out Saturday morning for the premiere of the animated comedy Planet 51. Dwayne Johnson and Jessica Biel, the lead voices in the outer space family film, were on hand. So were Dylan McDermott and Stephanie Pratt.

Pratt's appearance on the red carpet came just 24 hours after she pleaded not guilty to her DUI charge and announced she would be going into rehab.

Those on-going rumors of Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel calling it quits continue to lose steam, as the sexy celeb couple was snapped at Jay-Z's Sunday night show at the Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles.

The woman at the center of Verne Troyer’s restraining order has revealed how the Austin Powers star verbally abused her, branding her a hooker and slut because she turned down his advances.

In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, stunning model Yvette Monet has lifted the lid on how she feared for her life after refusing to be his girlfriend.
Troyer – best known as ‘Mini Me’ – became friends with the former beauty queen in February 2009 after she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her career.

But after socializing with the 2ft 8 star for just three months she claims he turned on her launching into angry tirades and threats on her life.
“He wanted me to pose in a magazine with him and pretend to be his girlfriend,” said Monet who was granted the restraining order two months ago. “But when I turned him down he turned on me.
“Around the same time he asked me to be his girlfriend, I said I wanted to get to know him as a friend and nothing more. He continued to tell people otherwise, introducing me as his girlfriend and him as my boyfriend.”
And she says when she continued to insist on a platonic relationship he became more and more enraged.
“I met him at an event and we started hanging out from time to time. But pretty soon I realized he wasn’t the person I thought he was. I kept saying, ‘I don’t want to do the magazine shoot’. But he wouldn’t listen.

“It was verbal abuse. He would scream at me. He got especially angry when I didn’t want to pose in the publication. He said I was embarrassed by him and that’s why I wouldn’t pose.
“He and his friend, Jose, who works for the magazine in question and is also a cop, threatened and bullied me constantly.”
When she finally walked away from him and asked him not to contact her, she said he became more obsessed.
“I hadn’t even known him long.It was insane. I thought I had met a good friend but he turned out to be an absolute nightmare. All he cares about is his own publicity. I thought he wanted to be my friend. I was new in town and had just moved here from Minnesota so I was happy to meet new people. But I didn’t sign up for this."

“When I found out he was an alcoholic and just wanted to look after his own publicity I felt really sad. He had his own agenda.”
Soft-spoken Monet, admits she did not want to get the restraining order but felt she had no other option but to turn to the police.
“He would text me at least ten times a day. Then he would call repeatedly and email me too. I told him if you don’t stop emailing, texting or calling I will get the police involved. He didn’t listen.
“The messages were horrible. I feared for my family and my life. He was sending Jose his cop friend over here and he would stand outside and yell ‘come outside.’ He would demand to see me saying. ‘You had better watch your back.’

“It’s been so scary. I was living in fear. He told me his friends had guns and they would do anything he wanted them to. He told me they would come and threaten me with a gun."
“His exact words were, ‘you better watch your back hooker.’ He called me bitch, slut, whore. Any name you could think of he called me."
“I couldn’t believe anyone could speak to another human being like this. Let alone someone I thought was a friend. I was raised to have respect for everyone. I would never talk to anyone like that."
“I’m not the kind of person who wants this sort of attention. But I had no choice to take this action. He was threatening me and so were his friends."

“I just want him to stay away and leave me alone. This is not fair that I have had to live like this. Sometimes I feel I want to go back to Minnesota because of this. Its scared me beyond belief.”
When asked about the fact that Troyer’s spokesperson has denied the allegations she said:
“Of course he is going to say it isn’t true. I didn’t want this to happen. But I take this seriously. When someone is threatening your life you have to take a stand. I want to do this for other girls who he could be doing the same to."
“Verne and Jose could be doing this to anyone else. Just because you are famous, doesn’t give you the right to behave in this way.”
“Its just so disappointing to me. He wasn’t the person I thought he was. Its sad there are people like him out there.”
Monet admits despite the restraining order, Troyer has attempted to get in contact to apologize. “But I just want him to never contact me again,” she said. “I just want to live my life.”
A court hearing is set for December 2nd 2009.

Amongst pages and pages of rambling nonsense McNeil states that she has had interaction with Timberlake on Twitter and that she has expressed a desire to record an album with the star.

She goes on to say that she is a very talented person, that she loves Justin and that things that are going on with her life are "biblical."

She claims that Justin has been following her for a very long time, that he was fifteen when he began and that he has secretly done special things for her over the years, something he continues to still do.

In her response she name checks Axl Rose (who has applied for a TRO against her on three occasions) Kid Rock, Eminem and Metalica.
Timberlake was granted the restraining order last Friday following a number of visits to his home by McNeil. And one thing is for certain, with a response like this it doesn't look as if Justin's TRO will be lifted anytime soon!
Army Soldier Indicted In Miley Cyrus Stalking Case

Miley Cyrus must have breathed a sigh of relief Thursday, as the case against Sean Christian Mathis -- a 22-year-old Army airfield soldier formally accused of felony stalking the Hannah Montana star -- went to a grand jury.

Authorities said Mathis, who is charged with felony terrorist threats and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, showed up on the Tybee Island, Georgia set of Cyrus' Disney film, The Last Song, in June.
RadarOnline.com spoke to an off-duty Tybee Island police officer, who gave us an exclusive play-by-play of the scary incident.
"I encountered a white male subject, wearing a red shirt and white swimming trunks, cursing because he was not allowed to come on to the pier during the shooting of the movie," the officer said. "I told the subject to walk away, which he did."
At that point, the officer said, Cyrus' body double in the film was approaching the set from a nearby pier.
Said the officer: "The same subject was walking towards her yelling, 'Hey it's Miley Cyrus, I'm going to f---ing kill you!" The actress looked at the subject that was still approaching her at a quick pace.
"I ran down off the top to the entrance to the pier and intersected the subject, escorting him to the life guard station and placing him under arrest for terroristic threats and disorderly conduct under the state laws," the officer said.

Timberlake received a a temporary restraining order on Friday against the 5-foot-6, 215-pound McNeil, who he claims has been making unwanted visits to his Los Angeles, California home, entering through the gate and refusing to leave.

Court records show that the 48-year-old woman has had three previous TROs filed against her, all by Guns And Roses front man, Axl Rose.
