Who knew that the business of real estate was so sexy? In Bravo’s reality show, Million Dollar Listing there’s sex, back-stabbing, and of course, personal grooming. The docu-series takes viewers inside the high-stakes, cutthroat world of real estate, where youngsters Josh Flagg, Madison Hildebrand and Chad Rogers (the one with the Beatle haircut) struggle to make a sale -- and with each other.

Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe is casting his wand over the New York property market – after just snapping up his third Big Apple property for a cool $6.4 million.

The 20-year-old wizard star now owns more than $16 million worth of property in the city plus a swanky flat back home in Fulham, London.
Radcliffe’s latest buy is a five bedroom West Village townhouse that measures 3,000 sq ft and was built in 1847 by a sea captain for his daughter.

Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor won't be spending too many more nights in their Hollywood Hills compound. They've listed the property for $12.5 million.
On a lush acre with to-die-for views, the estate comes with three houses: a 5335 sq. ft. main home, another with just over 4000 sq. ft., and a one-bedroom guest house. There's a total of 10 bedrooms, the mandatory "state of the art" kitchen and a pool.
Stiller is now working on Little Fockers with Robert DeNiro and his Night at the Museum buddy Owen Wilson.

Samantha Ronson is leaving her Hollywood Hills home not because of her on-off girlfriend’s Lindsay Lohan but because she feels ‘daunted’ by the paparazzi’s 24/7 ‘constant attention’, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
A next-door neighbor of the celebrity DJ exclusively spoke with RadarOnline.com about how the socialite had opened-up to her about her anxiety.

But after the police were called to her rented home on Beachwood yet again last night after another alleged spat with Lindsay Lohan other residents are just relieved that the DJ is finally on the move.

One said: “To be honest I’m glad because the situation has gotten out of hand with all the photographers because this used to be a quiet street.
“Both Samantha Ronson and Lindsay Lohan need to move to someplace more secluded with a lot of security.
“I will be relieved when she leaves and so will a lot of other residents living here too.”

All the curtains were drawn at the property Thursday and it was totally shut-up with a prominent ‘For Lease’ sign posted beside the front gate.
Lindsay Lohan has also decided to give-up her rented property on nearby El Contento after it was broken into for the second time in less than four months, RadarOnline.com also exclusively revealed.
Hollywood detectives are still probing the burglary after three people where got on surveillance video ransacking the Spanish style home.
It remains to be seen if the volatile couple set-up home together of if they start living in different parts of the country.
Lindsay’s father Michael Lohan confirmed to RadarOnline.com today that he knew that Samantha was planning to leave her Hollywood Hills home but he wouldn’t comment if the DJ and his daughter were getting a place together.

Suzanne Somers and her manager husband Alan Hamel have been fantastically successful with her books, clothing lines and gadgets - her Thigh Master is coming up to its 20th anniversary - but real estate, that's another thing.
The couple has just reduced the asking price on their Palm Springs, CA compound called Les Baux de Palm Springs, to $12.9 million. That's down an astounding 61 percent from its original $35 million listing 18 months ago.
On 65 acres, the estate is one-of-a-kind with so much rock, stone and adobe brick they employ a full-time stone mason. There are 10 bedrooms, his-and-her offices, two pools and hiking trails.
The Hamels lost their $5 million Malibu beach front home to fire in 2007. They're now leasing another nearby house for $30,000 a month while working on rebuilding the destroyed property.

Kate Gosselin has changed her mind about moving to Maryland and buying a condo, RadarOnline.com has learned.
The Jon & Kate Plus 8 star had looked at a condo in Rockville, part of wealthy Montgomery County. And while several sources confirmed she was going to buy a place in a new building she simply changed her mind at the last minute, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.
The condo was very close to the office of her bodyguard Steve Neild. Both Kate and soon-to-be-ex-husband Jon are finding new places to live, as one will stay with the kids in the Pennsylvania house while the other retreats to a neutral corner!
Jon is living in a luxury condo in New York.
Now it's back to start for Kate, who needs a place so she never, ever has to bump into Jon!
