Ryan Seacrest’s attorneys will be in court Tuesday requesting an extension of a stay away order against a man charged with stalking the American Idol star.

The woman at the center of Verne Troyer’s restraining order has revealed how the Austin Powers star verbally abused her, branding her a hooker and slut because she turned down his advances.

In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, stunning model Yvette Monet has lifted the lid on how she feared for her life after refusing to be his girlfriend.
Troyer – best known as ‘Mini Me’ – became friends with the former beauty queen in February 2009 after she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her career.

But after socializing with the 2ft 8 star for just three months she claims he turned on her launching into angry tirades and threats on her life.
“He wanted me to pose in a magazine with him and pretend to be his girlfriend,” said Monet who was granted the restraining order two months ago. “But when I turned him down he turned on me.
“Around the same time he asked me to be his girlfriend, I said I wanted to get to know him as a friend and nothing more. He continued to tell people otherwise, introducing me as his girlfriend and him as my boyfriend.”
And she says when she continued to insist on a platonic relationship he became more and more enraged.
“I met him at an event and we started hanging out from time to time. But pretty soon I realized he wasn’t the person I thought he was. I kept saying, ‘I don’t want to do the magazine shoot’. But he wouldn’t listen.

“It was verbal abuse. He would scream at me. He got especially angry when I didn’t want to pose in the publication. He said I was embarrassed by him and that’s why I wouldn’t pose.
“He and his friend, Jose, who works for the magazine in question and is also a cop, threatened and bullied me constantly.”
When she finally walked away from him and asked him not to contact her, she said he became more obsessed.
“I hadn’t even known him long.It was insane. I thought I had met a good friend but he turned out to be an absolute nightmare. All he cares about is his own publicity. I thought he wanted to be my friend. I was new in town and had just moved here from Minnesota so I was happy to meet new people. But I didn’t sign up for this."

“When I found out he was an alcoholic and just wanted to look after his own publicity I felt really sad. He had his own agenda.”
Soft-spoken Monet, admits she did not want to get the restraining order but felt she had no other option but to turn to the police.
“He would text me at least ten times a day. Then he would call repeatedly and email me too. I told him if you don’t stop emailing, texting or calling I will get the police involved. He didn’t listen.
“The messages were horrible. I feared for my family and my life. He was sending Jose his cop friend over here and he would stand outside and yell ‘come outside.’ He would demand to see me saying. ‘You had better watch your back.’

“It’s been so scary. I was living in fear. He told me his friends had guns and they would do anything he wanted them to. He told me they would come and threaten me with a gun."
“His exact words were, ‘you better watch your back hooker.’ He called me bitch, slut, whore. Any name you could think of he called me."
“I couldn’t believe anyone could speak to another human being like this. Let alone someone I thought was a friend. I was raised to have respect for everyone. I would never talk to anyone like that."
“I’m not the kind of person who wants this sort of attention. But I had no choice to take this action. He was threatening me and so were his friends."

“I just want him to stay away and leave me alone. This is not fair that I have had to live like this. Sometimes I feel I want to go back to Minnesota because of this. Its scared me beyond belief.”
When asked about the fact that Troyer’s spokesperson has denied the allegations she said:
“Of course he is going to say it isn’t true. I didn’t want this to happen. But I take this seriously. When someone is threatening your life you have to take a stand. I want to do this for other girls who he could be doing the same to."
“Verne and Jose could be doing this to anyone else. Just because you are famous, doesn’t give you the right to behave in this way.”
“Its just so disappointing to me. He wasn’t the person I thought he was. Its sad there are people like him out there.”
Monet admits despite the restraining order, Troyer has attempted to get in contact to apologize. “But I just want him to never contact me again,” she said. “I just want to live my life.”
A court hearing is set for December 2nd 2009.

Verne Troyer is vehemently denying allegations made against him by his ex-girlfriend, model Yvette Monet, in a temporary retraining order that was granted in early October.

In the TRO Monet claims that she is afraid for her life and that Troyer has been harassing her with non stop texts and emails. Monet also claims that Troyer threatened her and told her to watch herself.

But it’s all news for the Mini-me actor, who’s rep tells RadarOnline.com, “Mr. Troyer is shocked and appalled to learn about the false and frivolous accusations that have been made by Ms. Monet. It is beyond comprehension that a Restraining Order could be obtained, with no notice to Mr. Troyer, and with no opportunity for him to defend himself, without any proof of any of the allegations. Mr. Troyer looks forward to responding to these allegations in Court."

Reggie Miller has obtained a restraining order against Alexander Von Furstenberg, who demanded to fight the former pro basketball star this weekend in front of a Malibu, CA restaurant.

It’s the latest chapter of the bizarre saga between Miller and Von Furstenberg, who is convinced Reggie stole his fiancée Ali Kay, and even hired a plane carrying a banner to convey that message earlier this year!
“I will beat you down,” Von Furstenberg threatened Miller on October 17, according to the court papers. It happened when Miller pulled up to Coogie’s Beach Café and his passenger got out of the car to pick up food. Suddenly, Von Furstenberg pulled up next to Miller and blocked in his car. Miller managed to pull into a parking lot and then Von Furstenberg exited his vehicle and demanded Reggie fight, “making threats of physical violence for approximately three minutes.” Several people witnessed the event.

When Miller’s companion returned to the car, Von Furstenberg followed them, cut off their vehicle and continued to threaten him, even though Von Furstenberg had children in the car.

They became friends and exchanged text. After a while, Reggie removed her from his Instant Messenger list and she still attempted to contact him. Reggie received sexy bikini shots that Kay’s attorney denies came from her but Reggie believes were sent by Kay. At this point Kay told Von Furstenberg what was going on and he was furious at Reggie.

Audrina Patridge may have been granted a restraining order against her stalker, Zachary Loring, by a Los Angeles County judge, but he still lists her as his "friend" - at least online.
Zachary Loring has sixteen friends on his MySpace page, and surprisingly, one of them is Audrina!

Zachary began harassing The Hills star in August, when he rang her doorbell and gave her frightening pictures that he had drawn, one of which depicted a woman being strangled.

Audrina was granted the three year restraining order on Wednesday, and on Tuesday Zachary said his mood was "blessed" on his MySpace page. He posted a brief poem entitled Soda In the Canyon on his page: "Slowing down a windy road calming, entrancing at times, a view only eyes can see and a mind can receive, love, ponder... soda runs acroos [sic] the road, down into the canyon," he wrote.

A Malibu woman has requested a temporary restraining order against Daniel Baldwin, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively. Helen Smith
told an L.A. County Superior Court judge that Baldwin had threatened her family after she fired a nanny, who turned out to be the actor's niece.
Smith said that after she discharged the nanny, Baldwin called her husband and left "a hostile message regarding his niece Jennifer Keurhler who was employed as our nanny." She said Baldwin also texted her twice on July 27 asking her "not to threaten his niece." Smith added that she had no idea what Baldwin was talking about but found the situation frightening.
"I know that Daniel Baldwin had had numerous issues with drugs and was concerned for the safety of my children and family."
Baldwin, who most recently appeared on I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here, has been very publicly in and out of rehab several times. He also appeared on VH1 Celebrity Rehab.
A judge has not yet issued a ruling on the request.

With hundreds of thousands of dollars going out of her checking account every month for legal fees, Britney Spears has just caught a small financial break.
The Los Angeles County Superior Court on June 8 ordered Ghalib to pay the Conservatorship of Britney Jean Spears $11,500. to cover legal fees and costs it incurred in obtaining a restraining order against the photographer.
Ghalib may be counting himself as lucky, however. The Conservatorship had requested the Court award it over $70,000!

That's what Sam Lutfi is saying, as he appeals a restraining order against him by Britney Spears. A three-year restraining order was recently granted but on Thursday Lutfi filed an appeal.
Lutfi was once Britney's manager.

Robert Michael O'Ryan, the Florida man arrested on trespassing charges after trying to jump a fence onto the Dancing With The Stars set to meet contestant Shawn Johnson, was slapped with another arm of justice on Tuesday. The Los Angeles Superior Court extended the temporary restraining order against him for another three years.
