An 18 year old man is being held in connection with Lindsay Lohan's house burglary last month.

Nicholas Prugo was arrested at 7.45 am by the Hollywood division in Calabasas, California, booked at 10am and charged with 2 counts of residential burglary.

He is being held on $20,000 bail.

Prugo does have a prior, he was arrested August 2009 by The Beverly Hills Police Department. Also, on September 4th Prugo was convicted of possessing a narcotic controlled substance stemming from a case filed March 25th 2009 in Malibu.
